How was YOUR Sunday?

I remembered to add the vegetables after the sauce had reached a decent taste and consistency. It was a good veggie mix, but they were frozen. As they thawed, the sauce was both cooled and diluted. After I brought the heat back up, the resulting reduction didn’t come close to the original sauce. I was really quite bummed out about it. I did, however, use fresh Thai basil. That stuff rocks.
Today, I ask YOU to do something very easy: eat something better than my meal on Saturday. Thank YOU.
